  RUDE! I went in to have my child's medication replaced, since they gave me a medication that was sealed, yet LEAKING. The pharmacist there was RUDE!! The pharmacist & another employee there, admitted that the company that sold that medication was not "sealing the medications properly". They both said that I was not the first person to bring this particular medication back. This was alarming! What was even more shocking was what happened next. Even after they knew of this continuing issue...He tried to give me another bottle that was also leaking, and when I refused to take that bottle, he emptied that same bottle into a store bottle. He then tried to give it to me. I refused it b/c I told him that was not safe for my child. It is also against FDA rules and regulations. He then tried to argue with me and told me that he had been a pharmacist for "28 years". He then said that if I did not trust him or his judgment, then I could go and find another pharmacy. (Laughable!! As if he owns this HEB pharmacy!).. I then proceeded to tell him that I was also in the medical field and I knew that he could not do that. I walked away from him as he started to get loud and tried to cause a scene in front of other customers waiting in line. I then went looking for a manager to help with the situation. Both of the managers on duty were RUDE as well. When they saw that I was not going to back down or take an unsafe medication for my child, the store manager on duty went to the pharmacy to get me a new bottle of medication. This whole situation was absolutely absurd, dysfunctional, unethical, and unprofessional. SMH..

  I have used the pharmacy for several years but it has gotten really bad recently getting my refills. The app isnt giving me the option to select when I want to pick up my meds. Its like it has a glitch in it now. It makes it very frustrating getting my meds picked up.

  I haven't even been to a pharmacy for medication since 2024 and the pharmacist lied, telling me that I couldn't get my prescription for 4 more days just because he doesn't like my doctor. She told me this might happen. I can't believe it. And they knew they were breaking laws and completely immoral. After a short, honest conversation on my part, I calmly made it clear that I was not leaving and completely willing to show all medical documents and call my doctor. So, without even asking for an ID, they "pushed it through", said the lead pharmacist. I should report you all to the authorities because you are corrupt. I'm still blown away by their actions and maybe I should do more than just review them. You all should be ashamed, childishly playing with people's medical condition.

  The pharmacy here is horrible and VERY rude! One person tells you one thing and will notate account and you even put the prescription in early so it would be ready and you call to check status day BEFORE Christmas Eve when you leaving town and of course no one notates the account LIKE THEY SAID! Then the phone rings and rings and rings and rings and rings till someone finally answers and all you ask is will my prescription be ready and she gets EXTREMELY rude and tells you there is 300 other prescriptions they have to fill like that is my god dog problem? I’ve been in contact for DAYS trying to make sure they have it all lined out and then you get RUDE with ME! If you hate your job quit and go somewhere else! Never had this problem with the Lubbock pharmacy and they are NEVER rude to their customers. Think I just might stop going here for ANYTHING and I advise others to do the same. Update: Called and switched my medication to Lubbock HEB and just that alone has been amazing! They answered after ONE ring. Wasn’t condescending and talk to me like I was nothing and their problems were bigger than my problems. She also didn’t tell me how many prescriptions she had to do like it was a me problem either. She said she’d get all my meds transferred as I wanted them done and told me the meds I needed today would be done today. She had them swapped in NO TIME and had a time they approximately would be ready TODAY! Just like I tried to coordinate with Midland. Luckily for me I live halfway between Lubbock and Midland so the swap wasn’t any skin off my back. IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SWITCH FROM MIDLAND TO LUBBOCK DO IT! Night and day difference and flagship of the service I’d expect from ALL HEBs! 💯 I also get a compound prescription shipped from Sa Antonio and they are also very nice and courteous as well. Midland is a problem. My wife is switching hers from Midland to Lubbock as well now since they were rude to her at the one on the loop week before last.
