  Did a great job when I got my glasses I told The lady something was wrong she said it was probably because they where my free pair And there is nothing on them I went to my eye doctor to ask and they made a mistake on my prescription so I took it back to eye mart and they fixed it right away thank you

  Went for glasses but the old lady with blond hair seemed like she didn’t want to help she had the whole store full of customers and she was taking her time walking and moving very slow very very slow. I get it you get payed by the hr but the store is full pick up the pace or find a new job that simple ,You had customers walking out and then when she got down to helping me, she took about an hour like what kind of service is this? She couldn’t even read the check in list in order , I used to come here a lot, and it was always in and out, but it seems like y’all just don’t care about y’all’s customers no more might have to switch just because of her.. then she gave me no deals nothing no recommendations she was acting like she didn’t want to work there , she never offered my free glasses I had to ask . I feel so disappointed in this store used to be the best now seems like we might have to go back to a different company please do better and hire people who actually wanna work and are motivated she look like she was falling asleep smh

  The amount of options are amazing! Especially the Callaway frames...also offering the buy 1 get 1 free of the same frames and lenses that are purchased is a deal you cant beat.

  I brought in a 550 dollar pair of Oakley prescription clear classes that they did tell me that they could not fix the ear piece that was broke. One of the ladies behind the counter insisted that I leave them and they would try and find frames that find them. After awile around 3:30 pm I called and they told me that they could not find a fram for them. I ask why did I not get a call from them and the lady that answered the phone was very rude, when I ask her if they had my ear piece that I left them she said no. I explained to her that I handed the lady the hole thing and she tells me I dont know what to tell you. When I arrived to the store my lens was out and not installed back. They did fix that but lost the ear piece. I will never come back here do to the rudeness from employees at this store. I hope that someone in HR will fix this issue. I was not very happy.
