  Had ultrasound in August 2024 that showed something on my kidney. Report said to do more imaging in 3 months. Doctor at Permian Nephrology said I needed to wait until February and have CT. First part of February had CT that showed almost 6cm mass that was more than likely RCC, doctor said wait 1 month and do an MRI. Went to have MRI a month later and I hadn’t received the results in almost a month. Called imaging place because I could not get ahold of doctors office and they said doctor ordered the wrong body part imaging and they told him he had to send new orders and didn’t. Took me almost another month to get ahold of the doctor after calling the office several times a day and going up to the office. On top of everything the doctor was trying to get me to pay for imaging again when he ordered the wrong scan. Finally got referred to Urologist at the End of April. Do not go here! Was diagnosed with stage 3 RCC.

  Brought my grandson to office had the medical assistant grab him by the arm and pull him off of the scale while trying to weigh me. She did not ask just grabbed him and pulled him off! He cried so I picked him up like any normal grandparent/ parent would do. I then got griped at for being on my phone, I was calling my insurance company because I was told to pay 147.00 because I wasn’t sure about my deductible, I looked at my card and it literally says 0 dollar deductible. So, I am trying to figure that out plus I have my 2 year old grandchild screaming and then get a blood pressure cuff put on me and told if I would be still it wouldn’t take so long. Then the receptionist comes in and tells me children are not allowed in the office, even though he was with me last time and I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes with him before getting called to the back. Then i am told I need to reschedule my appointment and to that I stated I was told I was not allowed to reschedule or cancel or I would not be seen. They then called the doctor in and she tried to calm the situation down which I guess she did in a way but just putting it out there do not bring a child to that doctors office period!!!! The 3 stars are only for the doctor, everyone else in that office should not be working with the public!!!!

  Dr. Thokola is wonderful. He goes over everything with us and answers questions. His office ladies are really nice, friendly & helpful.

  This office does not focus on patient care. I have a family member with a kidney disease that has been completely ignored when phone calls were made to the office about issues they were experiencing. As of today, they are back in the same situation they were in when first diagnosed 11 years ago. Had to go to er to get some aid. Physician has never contacted my loved one. Poor, poor, poor bedside manner!
