    I called in a prescription that I desperately need today, the women on the phone was very abrupt and not helpful. She was so rude to me. They need to learn to have patience and understanding instead of acting like she did. I want to make an amendment to this review and change my initial 1 Star review. The girl answering the phone was rude but then I was able to speak to the pharmacist. He was so kind and helpful, much different than my initial call. I didn’t want to blame the entire pharmacy for one bad employee. I now know if I have any issues in the future to go to him. He went out of his way to resolve my issue and he got me the meds I needed!

    The one tech who is always working is always rude. I do everything in my power to make the process east and painless, and she always insists on having a nasty attitude. It makes me hate coming to the pharmacy, which sucks because I come here weekly.

    Usually horrible service...with a few good employees. For certain reasons, I have to remain with this pharmacy. That being said, pharmacy could literally care less whether they have your prescription (when you've already called one day ahead to confirm that they would) and forget about getting it at the time of request. Like today for example. Waited well past noon for prescriptions scheduled for today, went in at 2 to pick them up...and then told they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. This is a HUGE inconvenience for those of us traveling and having to wait in town just to get medications filled. And yes, I know this is a very common story with numerous pharmacies, but why is this become the new normal? Extremely disappointed 😞.

    Cant find prescription, it's magically found when show e-receipt, says theres no medication to fill prescription, but they have a different one, change it to that, "sorry we are out", no idea when it will be available... Story changes it's time, if you can't fill it then just say so, don't string people along.
