I know that I get any hours that I want in any hours that I need they give us points where we can cash them in I’ve had hundreds of dollars worth of Amazon gifts from Home Instead if you want a good place to work, you need to go over there.

Everyone in this company is very professional and I have observed that they work with each other to get what you need and what info you need to do our jobs. I have worked for many companies in my almost 30 years of service and Home Instead is the best company I have worked for. Also, I have to say, Santana is excellent in scheduling our clients. She is Johnny on the spot where to put us and what clients to put us with. She is always kind and knows her stuff! I enjoy her and everyone there. She was very knowledgable in caring for my dad and even taught me a few things as well on how to better care for him and in doing so helping myself. She was very hospitable and hard-working. If she were to ever come back to Midland, I would welcome her back into our home. We called her "Neicy" and she became part of our family and we say "once family, always family!
