  Always nice customer service. Staff are nice some friendlier than others. Sometimes they have prayed for a customer.

  Been to heb pharmacy 3 times. Every time I have been met with bad attitude from all employees except the pharmacist who was very nice. I worked with people in a Dr office for 20 years but if my attitude was like theirs I would not have made it a month. They need to realize they can lose business. Perhaps they need teaching on courtesy.

  This pharmacy called a specialist my niece had seen one time and told him that she was taking drugs he (the pharmacist) did not agree with. The specialist called her the day before her next appointment and told her he did not want to see her as a patient because of what the pharmacist said. She had never asked this doctor for a drug of any kind. A woman she knows was in the store and overheard the things said about her to this specialist. This isn't the first time this type of thing has occurred in this pharmacy. When I was visiting some time back, I overheard this same type of thing, but about another customer. I told my niece then that I would never live in a small town where pharmacists and some staff talked openly and loudly about customers and about the prescriptions they take. This may be legal, but it goes beyond being unprofessional and becomes vicious and mean. It is incomprehensible that this druggist would do this. I have known my niece for all of her life. I have seen the effects that lupus has had on her. Shame on this pharmacist, and shame on this doctor for not even asking about the circumstances. Shame on HEB for allowing this ongoing behavior of this pharmacy. I have asked my niece to pursue legal damages. I hope and pray she does.
