  Dr. Joshua Steger is my favorite doctor. Every time I come here, it has to be on a day that he's in. He listens, he's careful, he's very informative, and makes sure I'm good to go. He's the best. Dr. Steger, don't you go nowhere and if you do I need to know! Thank you for being great.

  Appointment was fine, cost was way more expensive than I’ve experienced at other eye doctors especially since I have insurance they accept. But what the two stars is really for is the lack of customer service. I emailed their store 3 times, left 3 voicemails, and spoke to 2 people simply requesting my contact prescription from my appointment a few weeks back. No response to any emails, no calls back from my voicemails, was told the first time I was finally able to reach someone “we’ll email them after lunch” and never received an email. The second time I was able to reach someone, there were no apologies for the number of contacts gone unanswered nor the lack of follow through on what they said they were going to do. I called at 3:55 and they said I’d receive the email in 5 min. It’s now been past the timeframe they said they would send it to me and I still don’t have my prescription. Since they close at 4 they won’t answer the phone and have apparently left before sending me the information. It’s crazy the level of effort I’m putting in to simply get an email from them.

  Dr.Nguyen is the best optometrist that My mother and I have been too in years. We first started going in 2018 and continue to go!

  Horrible Service! I stopped by today to see if I could get a pair of sample contacts as I’m going out of town this weekend. The person at the front desk told me that I need to order a pair. I said yes absolutely, she said I pay when they come in. No problem, I said okay can I get the sample pair and order a 3 month supply. This is where it went south, she said well you’d need to pay up front to get a sample pair of contacts. Now she didn’t even bother to check and see if she had them in stock. At that point I ask for Optomitrist Jessica Nguyen to let her know the level of service I was receiving and was told she wasn’t in, I ask for the other Optometrist and he was at lunch. I’ve never ever been denied a pair of sample contacts but for Town East Vision Care you have to order and pay up front. Well needless to say I have great insurance and politely ask for copies of my Family’s prescriptions and thanked them and left. They lost 3 clients over a pair of sample contacts. I guess business is booming but I won’t be spending my dollars with them. I went to the competition and got my sample for my trip to FL and ordered six month supply.
