I wish I could give it one star. The Black lady Pharmacist is the WORST...She has a horrible attitude, and if she's there everyone working seems to be on edge. My last straw was when my Dr. called in my prescription on Wednesday and Friday the man that answered the call said it wasn't in. And later said it was and might be in Saturday. And told me they were busy and everyone wanted their meds in a hurry. So I transfered my medication to CVS and all was well...sorry Albertsons left. They had tge staff and the pharmacy was THE BEST. I MISS THEM

The most diarrhea customer service ever. Every employee has such a bad attitude for no reason and they take 84 years to fill a single prescription. Literally the worst pharmacy ever.

I hate this store. I absolutely hate it! The checkouts are always a problem, you can’t get cell signal inside of the store, and on top of it the app doesn’t work for coupons without cell signal. This place is already expensive and it sucks! I would rather go to Whole Foods and have signal, use their app, and have everything that I like available.

VERY dissatisfied with Tom Thumb Pharmacy right now. My badly needed prescription was supposed to be ready 16 hours ago. When I called, I was placed on hold 3 times with no greeting at all. My wife called customer service, was placed on hold, and then hung up on. I ended up transferring the prescription to Kroger on Galloway MUCH better customer service.
