  Phlebotomist was a bit rough, left tourniquet on when she dismissed me. I usually don’t bruise from the tape but both the site and tape job caused bruising this time around. Hope she’s gentler next go round!

  Valencia is very efficient and patient. My doctor's office forgot to send the requisition, and she waited patiently until the orders were sent. She accommodated my request for a smaller caliber needle and was able to draw my labs without incident. My lab work results were ready by the time I had my doctor appointment the following day. She is always friendly and professional.

  This review is for Val (Valerie) and Val only! I have had to have labs done at this location inside of Tom Thumb frequently. I am usually met with the most rudest and most unprofessional tech (don’t know her name and don’t care to know). So when I went for my visit today, I was prepared for a tussle if needed. THANKFULLY, Valerie was there and got me taken care of. She was friendly and professional. So nice and kind, even though I’m sure she was overwhelmed and overworked as she did not have any help!!!! QUEST DIAGNOSTIC PLEASE do better and have more than 1 tech on the office at a time. Also future customers PLEASE start getting the names of your techs and leaving them in the reviews so every can know who to watch out for.
