  Easy check in and clean waiting room! My appt was for 10am and they came and got me close to 10:08am. The phlebotomist apologized and said she had been checking with my doctor because the system was trying to make me pay again. She took the time to clarify the order and make sure I wasn’t overpaying, so I’m very grateful!

  The services were awesome. I did not have an appointment and was on standby, but my wait time was not long at all and I really appreciated the services.

  I was afraid when i walked in, the kiosk told me they were not accepting walk ins and if i wanted i can join a standby list. The staff saw me in less than an hour and i was on my way. Good job guys.

  There’s no one at the front desk: if you call you don’t get a live person. I had a simple question because I was pressed for time. I knocked on the door and they came out with an attitude. It’s not the customers problem if they are understaffed.

  Horrible experience today. Arrived 20 mins early for my appointment and had to wait 15 mins past my appointment time. Then the phlebotomist did this to my arm. Just a horrible experience and will not return.
