Finding a location to trust to exam with your kids' eyes can be nerve wracking and then purchasing the right Frames as well. Thankfully with the recommendation from the Lens crafter's GM the whole process was alleviated, and I cannot express enough how comfortable the Doctor made the girls feel. One child was happy to get glasses, and the pre-teen was emotional in needing a pair. Thankfully Dr. Nguyen understood and then Raymond at Lens crafter's took care of our girls with the right choice for "cool" glasses & also addressing their needs to see day to day. I specifically chose this location based on the Store GM as his service has always been great (as a former employee of Lux) it was worth the drive as not all locations are created equal with such leadership and partnership with their doctors!

Went back to the store-first they said half the prescription was left off of there order-no explanation. Then she took them to the back, came out and pronounced these were not the same glasses I picked up. Basically called me a liar to my face! Failed to realize there was absolutely NO BENEFIT to me if I had done that. Unbelievable!
