Pretty much like everyone else’s experience. Worthless pharmacy!
1 of 2 things should happen when an RX is sent over.
1. Fill it and call patient
2. Call patient and verify they want the RX.
NEVER, just ignore it and not do anything, much less get an attitude when a patient calls and asks if it’s ready. Stating well you didn’t call to tell us you want it…. Excuse me… I’m sorry…. You’re the pharmacy, you got my RX

Was told to be here at 10:30 for shots it’s 1055 and I’m still waiting and after waiting 30 minutes then they wanna come ask my wife for her insurance…. Yes, I’ll be waiting another 30 minutes now…… Very slow, slowest pharmacy you’ll ever be at. Oh, and I forgot to mention the fact that we called up here to make sure that we could come up here and do a walk-in and we were on hold for 20 minutes. Getting a single shot and a flu shot today has really been a beat down. We’re here because Walmart wanted us to jump through hoops to get our shots. Customer Service is really a thing of the past.

I unfortunately had my worst experience with Tom Thumb today 10/20/2025. I am an Albertson's customer for 20 years and they have unfortunately closed. I am used to great customer service and timely executed prescription fillings. I was approached by Gayla who came off very rude with zero customer service. I called my sons medication in on last Friday the 17th. I was told it would be ready today. NOT TRUE!! Gayla tells me that she is the pharmacist "IN CHARGE" when clearly I see Daniel Y from the old Albertson's. I thank God for Daniel he intercepted and got my sons medication filled. I am done with being talked to any kind of way, when the employees speak to us like we are trash on the ground. I asked for her name and district managers name and number, she walked away. I am a non confrontational person, but this individual is out right mean and rude. She might hold a title, but what example does this set for people under her. I am in Healthcare and I would never think of speaking to a patient or family member the way she spoke with me today. After reading the reviews, someone really needs to do something because this is not good for business. I will never ever take my business back to that pharmacy ever again. It saddens me that people just do not care anymore. I will not stop until I find out who the district manager is over this pharmacy in Mesquite. Tom Thumb always got my business inside the store, but as for prescriptions I am done. If I could have rated a zero I would have. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks again to Daniel Y.

Worst customer service in the world, i had submitted a prescription the day prior and didn't go to pick it up till 6:15pm the next day. They hadn't even tried to start filling my prescriptions. The service here is literally the slowest, most unreliable service i have ever had in my life. If you want good service and to actually get your prescriptions when they're supposed to be ready go to the CVS about half a mile up the road. I am going to be calling corporate on this pharmacy its unacceptable. The head pharmacist is really rude too and doesn't care about the customers at all, it was obvious.
