First, why did they have to close Albertson. That pharmacy has the best customer service and caring staff. When they close and my families medication was sent to Tom Thumb I was expecting the same type of service. Man was I wrong. They have the most rudest and unfriendly staff. They never answer the phone and if they do they just put you on hold without even greeting you and asking to hold and you stay on hold. When they do pick up they answer as if I am wasting their precious time. Also refilling a prescription takes forever. I hope they change their customers service skills. They have to understand that life is too short to be mad at the world. If one person is rude to you is not fair the the other person waiting that loves life.

I've been a customer with Albertsons pharmacy on beltline for 6 years now. Unfortunately they closed down and moved my medication to tom thumb. They never have the medication ready when promised and they staff is not friendly and seem they just don't care. I'm extremely sad they closed Albertsons. And I would love to know where my old pharmacist David was relocated to because I love his customer service and his care for his patients.

This is going to be a long one….I’m currently on hold with this pharmacy… A gentleman answered the phone and said “hold” really fast and I almost couldn’t understand him. But, I knew what he meant because this happens every-time I call. Anyway, he didn’t hang up the phone when he said hold. I could hear everything he was saying to another person & it was all profanity about someone doing something wrong. I’m writing this review while on hold and it’s been a total 16 minutes and he hasn’t once came back & told me to continue to hold. What I don’t understand is how this pharmacy stays in business. He is not the only one that’s rude and unprofessional. They all are! Seems to me if they hate people? They would go into a different profession. My daughter is a trauma Nurse and would never treat her patients like these people do. These are patients that are suffering from a sickness, disease or illness that come to this pharmacy to fill their prescriptions. No one should have to go through this. I’ve tried to have all my prescriptions transferred but they won’t answer the phone to the pharmacy, I’m trying to have them transferred to. So I have to get my doctor to send all new ones to a better pharmacy that treats people like humans. By the way, the pharmacist at the one I’m trying to get them all to said “they have problems with this Tom Thumb all the time”. It’s sad that nothing is ever done to improve this pharmacy because I shop for groceries at this store. The store staff are wonderful to. I’ve had so many rude encounters with this pharmacy, I kind of expect it now. So I prepare myself before I even call them. I really do think they all hate people! Reading all the reviews? I might be correct. I WAS ON HOLD FOR 21 MINUTES BEFORE HE CAME BÀCK TO THE PHONE! This is frustrating and takes a toll on a persons Physical and mental health.I needed a flu shot, but did not feel comfortable with this pharmacy giving it to me. Kindness is not that hard even if you are having a bad morning or day!
This is an update to this review above ⬆️. I had an alert that my pain medication would be filled today 12-15-25 on the app. So I called before I went over to pick it up and the guy that was using profanity earlier told me to give them 1 to 2 hours and they will have it filled. I have 7 days left of the medication.. and It was filled on 11/14 last..I did pick it up late last month on 11/18. With that being said…So I go in after two hours. When I go up to the counter Gayla speaks loudly across the counter to the tech & said she will not fill it yet. I told her .That the guy that used profanity when I called earlier said it would be ready in 1 to 2 hours. I would’ve never driven over if I’d known that it wouldn’t be ready. Anyway, I talk to a store mgr. He goes over to talk to her and she’s being rude to him. She He can tell you what she said and how she talked to him. She said “that was her pharmacy , she will do what she wants”..She proceeded to tell the Store mgr that I consistently fill my medication to soon. How dare her say that in front of customers and the store Mgr about me. I have my receipts, paper print outs, and the stickers from previous bottles to prove she LIED on me. My doctor will definitely tell you that she wa way out of line. She is very disrespectful to say this kind of thing about me to the store mgr and in front of customers. She was talking loud. I was also talking loud because of how she treated me. She’s disgusting and pathetic to do this to me. I would like her boss to call me??? I’m not sure if that will happen…The store Mgr did tell me that he has had a lot of complaints on her. How is she aloud to treat people like she does? Does she own the pharmacy?? I called another pharmacy to get the rest of my prescription moved! I tried getting them all moved before, but these people never answer the phone and put people on hold a half hour at times. It’s absolutely insane how they treat people! I feel like she violated me..I will be filing a report o whatever I can do on her unprofessionalism & disrespect!

Pick any pharmacy besides this one please. They are so rude and unprofessional and don’t answer the phone. Why would you trust them with your medicines?? I asked when my prescription would be ready she said she didn’t know…. Like WHAT? This place is a joke my infant son needed antibiotics and it’s been almost a whole day of trying to get them. This place is a literal joke. They should be shut down. And I will be reporting them to the state.
