  Vanessa, the store manager was AMAZING! She helped me with my glasses & helping me find my insurance. She was always very nice & helpful, totally worth the 2 hour drive for me

  Went to inquire about adding prescription to my wafer Metas. Did not have them with me, so I went home to get them came back and showed them to Mya store person I had been working with. She said she will call me back to get order placed. Waited till 5pm and no call back so I called and she said give her till 6pm well no call again. called again on Tuesday and she apologized and said would call me back again. Waited till 5pm and no call once again. So i called this morning to get a number for customer relations and she gave me Ray Ban directly. Not Target Optical. She called me back about 15min later and said she was sorry for giving me Ray Bans number, and that she can now take care of me. Well with in those 15min I called another Target and got order placed with no PROBLEM. Very bad customer service at Mesquite location.

  I had an awesome experience at Target Optical in Mesquite, all thanks to Nikki. I came in specifically to check out the Meta glasses because I have a YouTube channel and wanted to see if they’d be a good fit for content creation. Nikki was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to walk me through all the features. She answered all my questions, let me really try them out, and made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of rushed or salesy. You can tell she truly cares about helping customers find what works best for them. If you’re thinking about Meta glasses or need great service, definitely ask for Nikki at the Mesquite location!

  I recently visited the optical department at Target and had an outstanding experience thanks to Nikki. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk me through my options, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt confident in my choice. Her professionalism was evident in everything she did — she was patient, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing great service. It’s not always easy to find someone who goes above and beyond, but Nikki truly did. I would highly recommend asking for her the next time you visit the Target optical department. Thank you, Nikki — you made the experience so much better!
