- SWStephanie WestNov 3, 20255.0Although White rock is my home location I wanted to leave a review for this location I love the fact that they are 24/7 , makes it convenient to still meet my 4am workout session on the weekends when my home location is closed until 7am on Saturdays & Sunday !!!! staff is nice always keeping busy and keeps the place clean , I like the fact that they have much more equipment and more weight machines that works more muscle groups which makes for a overall more rewarding workout!!!
