We ended up leaving there and went to the LensCrafter at Town East Mall in Mesquite, Texas. We were assisted by Cee (I believe real name is Citlali) and she was amazing! I had fallen in love with a pair of frames I had seen at the other store and they didn't have them on display. She looked them up for me and made sure they could order them for me... I was so excited when she was told they could! But more so impressed that she took the time to do that for me, she could have just told me I would have had to pick a pair from the shelves. I also was going to see if they would replace the lenses in my prescription sunglasses and Cee suggested pricing out that way compared to just getting a new set of frames. She said with the buy one get one at 50% off, it might be as cheap to do it that way. It's always great when someone tries to save you a little money! While Cee was taking care of me, my son was being assisted by a gentleman (I believe he was the manager because that's who Cee talked to about ordering my frames) and he was helping him find frames that were similar to what he liked. This poor man had multiple pairs pulled for my indecisive son🤪 but eventually found a pair he really liked! All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely be coming to LensCrafters from now on for our frames!
