Diana is the associate that helped me. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine demeanor made the entire process not only smooth but enjoyable. Diana has exceptional customer service skills; her professional and friendly approach made a big difference. She was very thorough, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns. I did not feel rushed at all during my visit. She explained everything to me in detail. My glasses came back sooner than expected. When I picked them up, I was very pleased with my selection! The Store Manager made sure my glasses fit well and he also answered all of my questions. Thank you everyone at LensCrafters!
