The staff member who gave me my hearing test gave clear instructions on what we were going to do. Once we were finished with the testing, we went into her office to discuss the hearing test results. She explained that I did have a slight hearing loss in my right ear; however, it wasn't bad enough to wear hearing aids. I was shocked! I had a hearing test 2-3 years ago with a different company and they tried to sell me hearing aids right then. I thanked her for her honesty and was glad they weren't trying to make money off people who didn't need hearing aids. I definitely will be using AudioNova Mesquite for my hearing needs. I even got cards to pass out to my friends because I feel very confident this company has the best interest of the patient in mind.
