I made sure I got there names because I never want to deal with them again. I came here from the Allen location because I knew most of the staff that came from Allen. New faces and lower quality. What happened?. There was a big guy there with glasses that was really helpful. He explained why the insurance charged so much for my medication and helped me find a cheaper price with a coupon. What happened to him. I would give him and some of the other staff 5 stars but the other 2 ruined it.q I will be going back to the Allen location since they treat their patients with care.
