- SKSa KiaFeb 7, 20265.0There is a new pharmacist there, I think her name is Shiva. She is very nice and helpful. We needed the flu shot and she gave me and wife shots and neither of us felt a thing! She's an expert and very professional and friendly.
- RRRoFeb 2, 20261.0I just left the pharmacy and was waited on by Ginger. (That's what it says on my receipt) This woman waits on me nearly every time I go pick up prescriptions. She has a very bad attitude and is just plain mean. I can't stand to pull through the drive-thru when I know she's there. She's tried to stall on getting my prescriptions and has made me wait forever! I don't know who she thinks she is, but she needs to stay out of people's prescription business because it's none of her business! Turn that frown upside down and try being nice for once!

He was very sweet at the start of the call and said “I need something transferred to y’all” there was 10 counted seconds of silence before she just goes “Ooookay?” Like.. are you going to say anything else, ask any questions? Wouldn’t offer any guidance through the process, and was talking to him like he was slow and dumb. A lot of patients don’t understand the transfer process. If you don’t want to work anymore, then retire. I will be calling today to complain directly to the pharmacist as well. You are supposed to be helping people.
