- SSStaceeMar 26, 20261.0Scheduled an appointment last night and got a text this morning saying they need me to send my card to verify my insurance and if they couldn't verify it today I'd have to pay $319 for a new patient exam and xrays (no cleaning). That price is more than what their online price says. Not only that, called their office and they dont even answer their phones during business hours. They have a message saying something like, to limit our calls, leave a message or text us on our website. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

The attention to detail is something ive never experienced at any other office. Their screens are actually entertaining with all kinds of neat facts about the staff themselves making you feel like you know them on a more personal level. They offer you a pillow or blanket for comfort and check on your comfort levels throughout the entire visit. The checkout desk is ready for you before you even get to the desk. I literally couldn't think of a complaint if i wanted to.
