  Made appointment and got in and out in less than 30 mins. Parking was hell because its in a hospital. Had to walk a good ways.

  If there were an Olympic sport for avoiding needles, I would have a gold medal. I am a fully grown woman who brought her mom to hold her hand at Quest Diagnostics today… for a blood draw. Yes. This is my truth. Enter Monique. Calm. Kind. Completely unfazed by the fact that I was internally preparing for my final moments. She smiled through it, didn’t judge my dramatic Oscar worthy scene, and before I even realized what was happening… it was over. No trauma. No tears (a miracle). No passing out. Just me sitting there wondering why I made this a whole personality trait. If you are even slightly afraid of needles, go see Monique. If you are deeply afraid like me — bring your emotional support human and still go see Monique. 10/10 experience. Would reluctantly do again.

  Made an appt and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I always struggle getting my blood drawn but my technician was very quick and made sure I was doing ok during the process. Great service and will definitely be coming back for future services!

  I came here only to drop off a specimen, but I was asked to wait and check in as a standby. I don’t think it is fair to wait this long just to drop off a specimen. This is the first lab I have seen with this kind of rule. From the very beginning, the staff member in Office #1 was giving me an unpleasant look and repeatedly saying that I had to wait and could not go before the full room of people. Her badge was turned backward, so I was not able to see her name. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt that I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully. Another staff member stepped in, apologized, and at least managed the situation respectfully, which is the reason I decided to stay instead of leaving and asking my doctor to send the order to another lab. Based on this very bad experience, I will not use this lab again.

  I arrived only 20 minutes before they closed at 4:30pm on a Wednesday. I had a drs appointment just across the street and desperately needed to get this lab work done same day so I didn’t have to take off more time from work. The lab techs were all very accommodating despite my later in the day walk in. They were professional and communicated each step and skilled. They were efficient in the process and did an excellent job. As someone who works in the business, this will be my go to location from now on.
