I saw Mark Pfohl today for my annual exam. He was an excellent communicator, made me feel at ease and explained everything well. I’m pretty particular and rarely give glowing reviews. I highly recommend his services.

I thought this issue was resolved but I have called two days in a row to get an update on our refund and to make sure our checking account is not charged for the next payment. I was told by Jennifer that someone would be calling me back and as of 12:09pm today, noone has called me. I cannot recommend this company if this is how they are when customers decide to not go with their product.
I bought a pair of hearing aids on January 29, 2026. These are not working for me and constantly lose Bluetooth connection which is the main reason we chose this model. I have called since February 12, 2026 to return them and get my money refunded and was supposed to get a call back. As of today's date, February 14, 2026, noone has called me.
This issue was resolved by Mark and Miracle Ear. He is really an asset to the company. Although the product did not work for me does not mean it is not for others.

I can’t recommend this Miracle-Ear office enough!! Mark took exceptional care of my father. The exam was incredibly thorough, and he explained everything clearly and patiently. It was truly worth every penny to see my dad hearing clearly again.

This location in McKinney Texas of Miracle-Ear is a nice location and the folks there treat you decent and fair. It's a welcoming environment one I will not mind coming back to.

Miracle-Ear is of course not your cheapest option when it comes to hearing aids. But the flip side is -- you guessed it -- excellent customer service!
It was recently time for me to purchase new hearing aids (had my previous ones for about four years) but, given the recent technology developments, the choices of hardware, and the configuration options, it was pretty overwhelming. Mark guided me through it, let me try multiple hardware and configuration options, and patiently saw me through umpteen visits before I was finally comfortable.
So kudos to Mark and the rest of the staff. He was patient, knowledgeable, and did a great job of navigating me through the options.
