Dropped off Rx a few years ago, they didn’t stock, claimed they ordered but they did not. Experienced 6 weeks of symptoms waiting. I spoke to pharmacist 3x, and learned they never ordered it. Didn’t even give me a courtesy call. Flash forward several years, same issues and again no stock of basic HRT. I wait to pick up 7 days after seeing the doctor as Tom Thumb ordered it. First month charged $24, then the next month they inflate the cost to $66. No explanation. Refused to honor Good Rx Gold. Really didn’t get taken care of at all, and it caused me more than inconvenience. Actually cost me my health and quality of life. If you’re a woman and have any needs beyond birth control, run.
