Not to mention, is very rude and negative in her interactions with non-Indian customers. I request an emailed receipt and she never emailed or called to say otherwise. When I went to the store, she flippantly acknowledged that she didn't send the email. Further, when I came back for a follow-up question, she assisted a customer waiting behind me in line ( a fellow Indian lady). Horrible experience! Your associate, Daryl, did kindly assist me with my issue, and was professional and courteous. Sara, is terrible with customer service!

Lcurissa was patient, courteous, professional, kind, responsive, and helpful to the person on the other end of the phone. And, she did it all with a smile on her face. In that moment, it was pleasing to hear and observe world-class customer service on display. Lord knows it's rare these days. Excellent Job, Lcurissa! Keep up the GOOD work!
