  I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but wanted to share that the employees at this McKinney location have provided great and consistent customer service the past six months of ordering glasses and getting glasses fixed. Most recently I was helped out by Daryl. Will definitely keep coming back to this location for future eyeglass needs.

  The optical providers good number of options for frames, however they are more inclined to sell options as bundle without even asking what customer wants. The frames are tagged with high price (at max price set by manufacturer) even though same frame is offered at much lower price by competitors. They simply gave final number after running through insurance and asked me to pay over $230 without even telling break up of the charges.

  We are very happy with our purchases. We purchased 6 pairs of glasses. We were surprised by the products they have in store. Charlotte and Larissa were wonderful opticians. They were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They made our buying experience and decisions much easier. We are happy with our selections.
