- SSSkah SinyoroOct 1, 20251.0Deeply disappointed by the pharmacy that they didn't bother to follow up with my PCP for a prescription they couldn't supply until my PCP closed for the day. Asked them if they called and the attendant flatly said "we're trying to call" with so much disregard to the patient circumstances. They clearly didn't call as my PCP is very responsive and would have done whatever was required had they known. It's a shame and deeply disappointing to be disregarded to this magnitude. Better service can surely be had if you priorize patient needs and circumstances.
