    Grateful for the help of Amir (the pharmacist) and Presley yesterday evening. My prescription was filled for 90 days because that’s what my doctor called in. I needed to transfer it to a 30 day prescription because we are still monitoring my labs monthly. Presley immediately noticed the expensive 90 day cost and that’s what alerted me that I hadn’t changed it to a 30 day supply. The fact that she even cared that it was expensive is a breath of fresh air. The pharmacy was busy. Amir saw me waiting and said he would get to it right away and he did. He even checked me out. Amir and the team not only helped those of us filling prescriptions. They went out of their way to help customers that had aisle questions too. I was more than amazed as I observed their level of customer service. I hope they are rewarded for the heart in which they serve. This was an awesome experience.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Top-notch service at H-E-B Pharmacy! The pharmacy team at the McKinney H-E-B on El Dorado and Custer is always professional, helpful, and kind. They take the time to answer questions, explain prescriptions clearly, and go out of their way to ensure everything is accurate and timely. Whether it’s a routine refill or a last-minute need, they’ve always come through for our family. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend this pharmacy if you’re looking for excellent service and peace of mind.

    The pharmacy is so mis-managed. The constant confusion regarding prices & refills. We don’t want hard to open tops but we get the anyway. Staff not trained on insurance vs cash vs discount cards. Ive been patient since they opened but after all these months it’s worse than ever. See you never!
