  Elect Wellness provides a fantastic service to help achieve physical and nutrition goals. It was really important to me to address my health with both exercise and nutrition. Personal training with Bob has been fantastic. Having him come to my home and walk me through every workout has been the accountability I’ve needed, and I’ve definitely noticed improvement to my strength and physical appearance. Caitlin has been great with nutrition advice and has helped me to understand what my body needs to achieve my goals, and she’s given me some great meal ideas that I’ve implemented. I am grateful for Elect Wellness and highly recommend them!

  Our Nutrition Coach Caitlin was great. She was encouraging, helpful and informative with suggestions, and nutritional advice. Each week providing helpful tips and supportive coaching to help me reach my goal and improve my eating habits.

  Three months ago I started working with elect wellness, I have been struggling with my weight and general health for most of my adult life. During this time I have made some amazing progress with their help. I have been using the dietician services, with Brooke, this has helped me change the way I eat completely. The best thing is it’s not some fad diet but rather more of a retraining on how to eat right. I not only feel 100% better about my future but I have lost 38 lbs and quite a few inches. Last week I put my suit from college on, I graduated in 2010. I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about changing their life. I look forward to writing an update when I hit my goal of 80 lbs lost.

  I love this program. I have lost weight, gained lean muscle and reduced body fat. Bob Thorsell is fantastic. He has taken the time to really get to know me and he customizes the workouts to maximize results. I feel great!

  Almost four years now, Elect Wellness and trainer Bob Thorsell have been an inspiration in my life! I've tried several personal training programs over the years, and nothing compares to the exceptional personal attention and commitment shown by these professionals. It is one of the smartest investments I've made for my physical health and happiness!
