Pretty much all Club Pilates around the DFW area, including this one do not cater to advanced clients. If you are a beginner level Pilates person, great, they have a lot of level 1 & 1.5s classes for you especially at times that are convenient for working women schedules. However, for those that are level 2 & beyond, good luck finding those classes on the schedule. I have had an unlimited membership but even then I find it super difficult to find enough level 2 classes to even be able to go 3 times a week. I work during the day so the ones offered during those hours do not work for me and their evening classes are filled with 1 & 1.5s. This is so that they can keep the door open for new members because that’s a new income stream for the studio whereas the already established clients have to fight for spots and struggle even to find enough level 2 classes on schedules. The other issue is that the really good instructors only work the 8-5 or 9-5 hours. So again if you want good instructors during the week after work hours, good luck to you. And on the weekends their level 2 are booked way far in advance. That alone should tell them to offer more level 2

I had the best experience and classes here. It was wonderful as a first time user and I’m so grateful to all of the instructors who were patient and understanding of my limitations. And to Angelina, who helped me out with an issue that was out of my control to get it taken care of, I am forever grateful to you. I will be back and will be recommending this location to friends in this area. Thank you Club Pilates for everything ❤️

Unfortunately, due to a late work meeting and heavy traffic, I arrived at 4:33 PM for a 4:30 class. Upon arrival, I was informed I was 5 minutes too late by the front desk staff member, Angelina. This wasnt true because it was 4:34 by the time the conversation exchange occurred and when I said it’s now 4:34 she said well it’s 30 seconds before 4:35 … and that I would not be allowed to join the class and would be marked as a no-show. I stated i will then sit in on the class, but was told that I would still be counted as absent and charged, regardless. I understand the importance of punctuality and policies, but I could not find any clearly stated rule indicating that being more than five minutes late would result in a no-show and fee. I believe this situation could have been handled with more flexibility and better customer service. Angelina's response came across as dismissive and unaccommodating, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I felt unwelcome and discouraged from returning. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to revisit how late arrivals are handled and ensure staff are trained to communicate policies clearly and with empathy. I will not go back based on this experience.

This applies to both Prosper Club Pilates and McKinney Club Pilates. I really tried to like Pilates but it's hard to get into a class unless you book weeks in advance. Then if something out of your control happens within 12 hours of your class, you are charged. My husband and I paid approximately $500 per month for the membership. We never received the discounts promised at sign up and were charged anytime we had to cancel 10 hours before the class started (HAS TO BE 12 OR MORE). It's unrealistic and only benefits Club Pilates. Anytime I had any free time for a class, there wasn't one available. After 70 classes, I was never approached about moving the next level. On my own, I went from 1 to 1.5. You are very much on your own regarding your advancement. As far as the equipment and facility, they are both adequate at Prosper. The McKinney location reformers have seen better days and the TRX straps get hung up. Another irritating issue that finally pushed me to cancel was the bad attitudes many of the teachers had. Each one uses different terminology and if you make a wrong move they make snarky comments. One instructor angrily grabbed my foot to move it while gritting their teeth. Would not recommend.

I love club Pilates in McKinney. I just joined and if you are new to working out or need something low impact, but effective I would highly recommend club Pilates. The instructors are helpful and encouraging and the classes are amazing! You don’t feel like you’ve been working out for close to an hour when you finish 🥰which leaves you wanting to come back for more. I’m not sore and I feel the toning after 1 class!
