- JKJoe KracheckOct 30, 20251.0My wife has been a patient at Adriatica Audiology now AudioNova for many years. This morning we discovered she had an ear bud stuck in her ear. We called the McKinney clinic (this is where she always went) and asked if she could come in and have the ear bud removed. We had a 3:00 appointment, went in and the bud was removed within a couple of minutes. Previously with the old management these type of quick (under 5 minutes) visits were no charge. Today (Oct. 30,2025) this quick visit costs us $50.00. Yes shame on us for not asking up front, but $50 is outrageous. It is sad that a long time customer is charged a ridiculous price for a very simple fix. Let's just say that is the last time we will visit that clinic or any clinic run by AudioNova. Caution to anyone contacting them, be sure to get accurate pricing upfront.
