  I was having chronic pain in my neck, and Dr. Dawson worked with me until we could figure out the cause and find a solution. Now I’m pain free! Part of my maintenance therapy includes therapeutic massages by his in-house masseuse, Katherine. She is wonderful, and very attuned to her clients’ needs. The entire staff is friendly and professional, they have varying hours to accommodate different schedules, and scheduling is done so well by Kayla that I seldom have to wait, and I’m never rushed. Doc always takes the time to listen if I have a concern, and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Dr. Dawson and Katherine both. If you’re looking for an excellent chiropractor, Eldorado Chiropractic is it!

  Dr Dawson and his staff are a great team. They very confident and punctual. I had a concern when they changed the massage therapist, but the new therapist (Catherine) has great experience and more holistic approach to pain management.

  I had an absolutely debilitating migraine the night before I came in and half an hour after being adjusted it was completely gone. I would definitely go back and also recommend him to anyone who wants or needs some chiropractic care.
