I drove an hour to my appointment just to be told it was never confirmed — even though I showed them the confirmation message I sent. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I should have messaged a different number. No one ever mentioned that before. They said, “Let me send you a test message,” and I stood there waiting… and guess what? I never received it. Please don’t blame customers for your communication issues. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. After 2 years of coming here, I expected much better

No rush, no up selling, no pressure tactics. Dr Kim is kind, honest, and knowledgeable. All the dental hygienists that I have met were caring. I think the front desk staff had changed recently. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, with the most calming vibe. The new staffs are fine, just seem a bit cold.
