On Sunday, March 22, we went to get glasses for my two kids, but I noticed that the customer service has declined. I didn't mind making the trip because of Javier. Javier was always able to assist and support customers effectively. However, now that Javier is no longer here, it seems that the quality of customer service has disappeared as well. The new manager or assistant manager currently in charge is not helpful at all. Additionally, Miranda lacks the necessary knowledge. Sadly , my kids and I walked out with no glasses.
