The staff seemed to take much longer than necessary without explaining why, and she left feeling worse instead of better. When my aunt helps her, the same tasks are done more quickly and gently. This experience made us feel like her time and comfort weren’t respected. We are seriously considering not returning and would like to request a refund for the most recent session.
