- LHLion HeartNov 19, 20251.0Very bad experience with this pharmacy. First off, I had to repeat myself 3 times because the girl wasn't listening to my name. And then she lied to me and said that there were no more prescriptions when in fact there were because my doctor had sent them over after my last appointment. Very rude and unprofessional and dishonest. If I could give 0 stars I would.
- AEAnne ErdfeltFeb 9, 20241.0Standing in line AGAIN with not a single pharmacy tech waiting on people in line is getting very frustrating. This HEB Pharmacy is constantly understaffed and the few people who do work here have little sense of urgency when the pickup line is almost 10 people deep! They may have the best intentions, but this understaffing is a ridiculous problem. I'm definitely switching pharmacies.
