- CFclaudia flores5 days ago1.0Terrible service…we took a pair of Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses just to have the lenses fitted, and they broke them while trying to install the lenses and refuse to take responsibility. These are $300 sunglasses, and all they said was that the frame broke and that they wouldn't cover it, that it was their responsibility, not theirs…if you didn't buy them there, it's not their problem. The manager was incredibly rude and offered no solution. Her only response was, "I can cancel your lens order," and that's it! And who's going to refund my money for my sunglasses? Completely unprofessional. 😡

Asked permission from my boss to be able to have an extended lunch to go pick them up. I get there and the woman wants to play like she isn’t the one that answered saying I don’t know who told you they were ready. Now I have to go another day ask to be excused from work because she didn’t bother to check something that I called in advance for. Tried to blame it on the lady who initially took my order saying they didn’t tell you it would take longer? Yes she did but that’s why I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY WERE READY. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY you know damn well you didint check and tried to blame it on someone else yea ok
- RBR G BOct 31, 20251.0I bought some ray ban sunglasses, they r painful on and make large indention on my nose. They website states that if ur not happy with them they can exchange them. Well it’s not that I don’t like them. It’s that I can wear them. They should’ve done the exchange. She than proceeded to tell me to by cushions for the nose part. Well that made it worse. They also sold me on an anti glare coating that was very expensive and it “does not work” it made it worse. She told me she had it on her glasses and it worked fine. She was absolutely no help at all. Do not buy any glasses unless u want to get stuck with glasses that don’t work out.
