  I use the app to refill my prescriptions and lately every time I do they haven't been getting filled. I will be expecting to pick them up the following day and I check the app to see if they are ready just to find they are back in the fillable prescription section of the app. I end up having to call the pharmacy about them not being filled and needing them done. I also have told them about what's going on with the app and they have told me that they have nothing to to with it and they can't do anything about it. How's that possible when it's their app that a lot of customers use to fill prescriptions?!?!? They should be able to do something about it since it's causing such an inconvenience for patients. Sometimes they even get an attitude because you call on the phone to ask about your prescriptions as if you're wasting their precious time. This is absolutely ridiculous! I'm seriously considering changing pharmacies if something doesn't change and they don't fix things up there.

  The Kroger Pharmacy feels like a home town business. They know your name after a few visits. Willing to get medications they don't carry for you. Enjoy that feeling that they have for each customer. Great place, home town service, and even have a drive though window.
