  I was seen in a reasonable time of my appointment, the office staff is very friendly, the Dr. was friendly, efficient and thorough. The facility is clean, bright and easily accessible. I am a VA patient and they work well with the VA.

  I had an excellent experience with the staff while in person, especially the Audiologist, she was excellent. I was not informed until I arrived for my appointment that AudioNova did not accept my insurance until I arrived, that was a strike. It takes time to obtain approvals from insurance. It took longer than I expected. Calling today to obtain records and an updated pricing as the initial pricing was a "good for 30 day only" or the "buy it now price", I was given notice and I found that fair. My hearing test was done in late January, today is early in March, 45 days +/-. Asking for a current price was to me a fair request. Calling AudioNova to get updated pricing and the medical records so that I could compare their hearing aid and pricing to another location, their policy of a fee for the records and updated pricing was unacceptable to me. AudioNova was willing to give up a sale of over $4 thousand dollars for a pair of hearing aids over sending the information for a side by side comparison. The lady I spoke to this morning was ridged on, "that is our policy". If that is their business policy, it is worth disclosing. Caveat emptor

  Follow up appointment with audiologist Kathy Newbill went very well. New Phonaks seem to be working well. Next follow up appointment scheduled. All good.

  The clinic in Marble Falls is amazing! Crystal at the front desk and Dr. Kathy treated us with kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic!
