During a phone call, she informed me that my doctor’s office had provided a different date of birth than what was on file. I provided the correct information and explained a possible reason for the discrepancy. While Ebony was polite during the call, she did not properly disconnect the line afterward. I overheard Ebony inappropriate and unprofessional comments about my situation being made to another coworker. This experience was concerning and does not reflect the level of professionalism I have come to expect. I hope both Ebony and her manager review this feedback to ensure better professionalism and discretion in the future.
