Overall the staff was pleasant, however, there was one staff member that found it her mission to keep saying "she doesnt have insurance" to any staff member who was within hearing distance. It became quite annoying. Is a person without insurance treated differently than a person with insurance? Hmmm, just wondering 🤔. The initial exam was a quicker and less thorough than I anticipated but it was pleasant overall. I didn’t like being asked to try getting help from my family and friends to help pay for this extremely expensive procedure. I was not given any alternative, much less expensive options, like snap in dentures. I left there feeling a bit deflated and ready to to throw in the towel. I really can't see getting into large debt at this time, investment or not, with no other options being offered. This is too rich for my blood, thanks but no thanks. It was very nice meeting the "cowboy dentist"
