- NNNathan NealeSep 11, 20251.0Though the store itself is great, the Pharmacy staff are rude and attempt to gaslight customers. I got home, and one of the prescriptions wasn't there. I called, and the employee made up some crazy alternative fact about the RX number. I went back, and she expected me to know their internal procedures and numbering system. She implied that I never spoke with her colleague about the 2nd prescription. This no longer feels like the service we have come to expect from HEB all of these years. I guess they are like a cheap fast food joint, where buyers beware and check your order before pulling away. We need to rethink our long-held appreciation for HEB. Until now, HEB has been so important to our family. I am saddened by this shift in culture!
