- CHChristina HenryJan 16, 20261.0I have consistently had positive experiences with the pharmacy staff; however, my recent interaction with an employee named Ebony was disappointing. During a phone call, she informed me that my doctor’s office had provided a different date of birth than what was on file. I provided the correct information and explained a possible reason for the discrepancy. While Ebony was polite during the call, she did not properly disconnect the line afterward. I overheard Ebony inappropriate and unprofessional comments about my situation being made to another coworker. This experience was concerning and does not reflect the level of professionalism I have come to expect. I hope both Ebony and her manager review this feedback to ensure better professionalism and discretion in the future.

- CLCesar LigasDec 8, 20255.0The staff were quick and patient in assisting me getting my Vaccines. What stood out to me the most was both Kimberly and Kevin's customer service skills and positive attitude and energy.They were both kind and friendly assisting me during the vaccination process.
- NNNathan NealeSep 11, 20251.0Though the store itself is great, the Pharmacy staff are rude and attempt to gaslight customers. I got home, and one of the prescriptions wasn't there. I called, and the employee made up some crazy alternative fact about the RX number. I went back, and she expected me to know their internal procedures and numbering system. She implied that I never spoke with her colleague about the 2nd prescription. This no longer feels like the service we have come to expect from HEB all of these years. I guess they are like a cheap fast food joint, where buyers beware and check your order before pulling away. We need to rethink our long-held appreciation for HEB. Until now, HEB has been so important to our family. I am saddened by this shift in culture!
