  Really appreciated the calm disposition of a couple office members. I believe the general structure and approach of this location leans farther away from employee care than it intends to.

  I had a terrible experience with this so called company from the first call. first of all, they never call to confirm an appt and they are not good to follow up on their promise like sending you the name of the person who will come out, etc. The first time they sent a very unqualified and untrained person out to take me to the Dr who was actually cleaning out her car to make a place for me to sit as she pulled in front of my house. I called and asked her to pull into the drive so I would not need to walk out to the street. She did not offer to help me lock my door or get to the car until I asked her to hold my water bottle so I couldlock the door. I started to the car, she went to the driver side, got in and I was on the passenger side struggling to keep the door from cutting my legs. I said' I need some help. She finally came around to hold the door. I was so upset by this time, my BP was up and my heart was racing. (I'm a heart patient.) she jabbered all the way to and from the Dr about her men friends, whether she should keep seeing them, let them move in , her sick mother, blabbbbb.. I was so upset at this type of service, however I booked them again, had to cancel day of and they sent me a bill for 4 full hrs. since they require a cancelled check to draft your fees, I called the bank to stop payment on this charge since I had cancelled and they billed me anyway..The bank stopped the payment to Home Instead Senior care, how ever they stole my money thru DAC Senior care..On another occasion I had booked for them to take me to the Dr. I first had to change the date of Dr appt but cancelled and changed to another date, thinking I had cancelled them because my son could take me, they came while I was gone to the Dr, had the police/fire here breaking into my house thru the patio door, breaking the foot lock off and forcing the door and instead of climbing the fence or gate, they broke the lock off the gate and left it open..I was so upset, I had to call the Dr ...also the time they would have shown up was after my son and I left for the Dr and they would have caused me to be late had I gone with them..I will continue to stop payment on any bill they send..This company should not be in the business of caring for Seniors. They are inept and unprofessional and hire very incompetent and inept people and do not train them to do the job..I would not recommend them to anyone..
