We had been extremely dissatisfied with the service we were using prior and I so wished I had known about them sooner. They are HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, EMPATHETIC, and on top of everything all the time! They don't just say that there is someone there for your needs, they DELIVER! There have been several times that we needed someone last minute and they have been able to provide every time. All of their caregivers are excellent! I have not had one issue with any one of them. The standard they set is high and it's evident in their employees. From scheduling (love Karla) to Robyn in Administration, to Roberto who oversees the program, I have received timely communication all hours of the day and night. Weekdays, weekends, and even holidays. It may seem too good to be true, but hear me when I say, it's not. It's the real deal. We have been very thankful for the care given by my Mom's primary caregiver Mourica. She has such a wonderful work ethic and goes above and beyond to make my Mom happy and comfortable. She keeps in touch with me constantly and goes as far as to keep up with all of my Mom's appointments, which is a huge deal for us. My Mom's house is always clean, she is served healthy, delicious, and nutritious meals each day and loves Rica to pieces. We are so blessed.
