- JKJaime KerchevalFeb 18, 20215.0I have never been to a pharmacy that was so kind, so personable, and so incredibly helpful as the staff at this store. We are in the middle of a global pandemic. Texas is experiencing an unprecedented winter storm/polar vortex. This pharmacy was one of the few (and the only one near me) that was open. I ALWAYS have trouble filling my meds because they are a âtriple scriptâ.....meaning a controlled substance that has so many rules and regulations that itâs ALWAYS difficult to get filled. Having never used this, or any other HEB pharmacy before, I was extremely worried that I wouldnât be able to get my Rx filled since were in the middle of a global pandemic and a once in a century freezing weather event. I had my doctor call my Rx to the HEB pharmacy and just prayed theyâd help me. When they got my Rx, they immediately called me. I was worried there was an âissueâ, but there wasnât. They just wanted to get my insurance info so I could come through the drive-thru and not have to get out during the ice storm. They were sooooo nice. On the phone. In person. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond for meâa brand new customer. My parents live nearby and I told them about my experience. My parents said, âyeah, theyâre always that niceâ. These days, thatâs an incredible thing to find. Iâll be switching all of my scripts there. The pharmacy staff at this store is truly awesome! I havenât experienced that kind of customer service from anyplace....in years. Thank you HEB!!
