  I don’t understand the purpose of having someone work here who can’t give you any information on the items in the store. The cashier told us “ I have no clue , I don’t wanna give y'all the wrong information “ granted we don’t know everything but it takes nothing to simply research to ease the customer mind , after all you work for this store so you should have taken the initiative to research! A phone or something , people is coming in as beginners spending a good amount of money to get their health together and to hear “ I don’t know “ when you work here and should know about the items you are selling is TERRIBLE ! No E for effort or anything.

  I made an online order and I was supposed get a confirmation email saying it’s ready to pick up. I waited one whole day and never got the email saying it’s ready for pick up. So I drove to the store and I showed the lady working that I made an order and never got a confirmation to pick up. She goes to check her system for orders and apparently she didn’t see it on the system at all and she even saw my order and the order number and my bank statement said that they already had charged me $44.99 for the pre workout. Than I asked her if I could just get the pre workout even after she saw that I made the order and she says no that if she can’t see the order she can’t give it to me. Like how is it my fault y’all’s system sucks and y’all can’t see the order I made throughs y’all’s website and than tell me that y’all can’t do anything. Yeah never come here just go to the one at the mall tbh.

  Came here a few weeks ago and bought an $85 detox drink that had a guarantee pass rate. Purchased the drink and left. Literally. Failed the test; drink didn’t work. Called to get my money back and was told that there was nothing they could do because 1. The cashier did not ask for my phone number to put me in the system 2. The cashier did not issue me a receipt. I called the store and the lady that answered said “The cashier is at fault and should have taken your number to put you in the system; not only for rewards but it will save your purchases. He also should have given you a receipt. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do.” So you’re telling me I purchased an $85 detox drink that has a guarantee, that failed. And I can’t bring it back because YOUR cashier failed to get my number and give me a receipt? Reallly? Wow. What awesome customer service. She literally told me that it was their fault but then said there’s nothing she can do. What kind of trash is that? Don’t go here. Horrible customer service, the employees lie to you to make a sale, and then aren’t honest to refund you.
