  Why did I have to get re-established when I haven’t been anywhere else. Today was a wasted day. I told yall when I made the appointment what needed to be done. And to schedule for 5 visits for what can be done in one or 2 is ridiculous. Not too happy with yall right now.

  This place does not use secure verification tech to validate an email address. I am receiving emails about "Zane's" appts - but I am not Zane. Either Zane or office staff entered his email address incorrectly, and without a validation step, I am now receiving emails meant for him. BOO!

  I highly recommend this dental practice. The wait times have been short and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My appointments have been quick but not rushed. My hygienist was fantastic and kept me as comfortable as possible during my cleaning. Dr. Meador and his dental assistant are both very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.

  I’ve been a patient at this office for nearly 30 years and have always had a great experience with both Dr. David Gregory and now Dr. Tanner Gregory. He has consistently provided quality care, which is the only reason I stayed with this practice as long as I did. Unfortunately, everything else about this office has declined significantly. The front office staff is disorganized, unprofessional, and often rude. I’ve had ongoing billing issues, including them somehow placing my father under my insurance and sending me his bills, even though we do not live together and he has never been on my plan. This was not a one-time mistake, but a repeated issue that took multiple attempts to correct. My most recent visit with Dr. Meador was the final straw. I took time off work for what should have been a routine filling, only to be turned away due to “high” blood pressure. I explained that I have anxiety-related spikes in medical settings and that my readings are normal at home, which has already been discussed with my primary care doctor. This was completely dismissed. What was especially frustrating is that I had to be the one to suggest rechecking my blood pressure. It was only taken again after I asked, and by that point I was already upset, so of course it read even higher. There was no effort to allow me time to calm down, recheck it properly under normal conditions, or approach the situation with any level of understanding. Instead, I was sent home without treatment after wasting half a day of work. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a practice I’ve trusted for decades decline in both professionalism and patient care. While Dr. Gregory has been great, the office staff and my experience with Dr. Meador have made it clear that it’s time to find a new dentist.

  I went to other dentists before Dr. Gregory and the estimates that I recieved for the dental work suggested were what I felt to be outrageous.i called Dr. Gregory on the advice of one of his family members. He was very prompt at setting up a consultation for me. I am happy to say that he had begun addressing several of my dental needs and I feel that the pricing is more than fair.....and his staff are all fantastic!!! They are friendly, while maintaining a high level of courteous professionalism!!
