Why have 10 people working and not one of those 10 people help when there is a line forming? Are they not skilled enough to work at register? What is the deal? It's always like this. Please figure something out.

Therefore folks who actually called in ahead who are five cars deep can’t get theirs that are ready for pick up. Have not encountered issues regarding timeliness at any other United.
