    The easiest appt ever. Savannah was very knowledgeable and efficient at all steps of the appt process. Dr. Luo was easy to work with for my first remote eye doctor visit. I’ve had my eyes checked at this office before and the entire experience was much faster, smoother, and more convenient this time than ever before!

    I was seen at Target Optical 03/2025, the optometrist is virtual , which I was not made aware prior to the exam. The office had technical difficulties and the virtual optometrist was not aware I had an appointment that day, even though I made the appointment 4 weeks in advance. After trying to wear the prescription glasses and contacts since March, I feel I got a prescription that is not correct for me. I live 2 hours away, I did try to be seen again but I was never able to get a visit that would work for both schedules. I hate I paid all this money for multi focal daily contacts, progressive lenses, and frames for none of them to be accurate. I have worn them daily, as they instructed me that I will need time to adjust but I feel when I wear either of them my vision is somehow worse. I just do not recommend.

    We really like Savannah. She’s a very patient person and very sweet so we can murder her five stars. We are very happy with her. We hope to see her again. Next time we come it’s not somebody else.
