They stole the tiny amount of money on my account randomly last night for a membership I cannot use as I cannot access. Marissa was extremely rude to me and the tone and language was hostile from her. She was like you have to physically come in. I physically am nowhere close to there. I have no way to get that far. And now I'm having to file on them for theft because I cancelled via phone in May. When I no longer could get over there. I'll escalate this because it's ridiculous policy.
