I had a prescription that I was told would be over $500. It's never been near that much. I have insurance. The person I called ar the Pharmacy was very rude. I tried to explain that I've never had this RX cost so much money. She said there was nothing they could do to help me that I needed to call the insurance company. Okay. So I did. The insurance company told me you jerks were running the prescription incorrectly. They called the pharmacy, they told the pharmacy how to run the prescription in order for it to not cost an outrageous price. After your pharmacy was told how to do your job correctly, my RX ended up costing $10. You guys really need to do better and not be jerks to your customers. Incompetent and arrogant are the best words to describe this Pharmacy. That's a horrible combination

Simply awful service and arrogant pharmacist. My prescriptions are supposed to be on auto refill. I have been out of a certain blood pressure medication for two days. When I dropped off myself to refill I'm told I'm out of refills and the doctor should be called. This should have already been done proactively by the pharmacy. When I told the pharmacist that I was already out for two days, the call to the doctor for refills should have already been done by the pharmacy and that other pharmacies take a more pro-active approach to securing approvals before a patient runs out of medication, the response I got was "I'll be happy to transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy".
You can bet for sure that will be occurring. And I hope your pharmacy closes due to this arrogant attitude.

The counter lady was very rude and very unhelpful. I was being as kind as I possibly know how to be and she still had an attitude. I don’t know if she’s bad she’s working on the Fourth of July but it’s not my fault. Don’t take it out on me and then I wouldn’t advise exactly how to take the medicine if I could take it at the same time or not so the pharmacist wasn’t much better honestly
