They can make appointments quick and see you as needed especially if you're in bad shape. Everyone was professional and helpful and everyone has your health as their priority. Great experience.

My elderly mother attended without me and the doctor threw a fit about me being on the phone and said “I’m not doing this” and just left. I’m her caretaker and had not even spoken, just listening. My sweet mother was there alone and confused and terrified. Told her to come back in six months. How, pray tell, is she supposed to navigate kidney issues alone at her age or communicate it to the rest of her medical and support team? A truly unbelievable experience. Will be reporting to the Texas medical board, KEPRO, insurance and the HHS ombudsman. No one deserves to be isolated and alone and taken advantage of while navigating health concerns.
- SVSullie VarnerNov 5, 20251.0Too bad Dr. Vallabahn is at this place. He could do so much better somewhere else. There is a certain nurse that is very rude every time you see her. I had to go in and have a catheter removed after few weeks after surgery. This is a one person job. Two at the most. There were at least 7 people in the room while my junk was hanging out. They were carrying on conversations that had nothing to do with me and acted like I wasn’t even there. I walked out that day with no dignity and very humiliated. Needless to say, I have found another doctor at a different facility. I definitely won’t be going back to this cattle lot.
