They do not look at their notes from refill to the next, always trying to push generic which in my case is almost twice as much causing multiple trips to correct, if you have multiple prescriptions they never have multiple ones done but offer to have you wait 15-30 min to fill all of them even with several days notice.

My only complaint is that their prescription bottles are so hard to open. On my last medication I literally had to use two pairs of pliers to open up the bottle. I couldn't budge it with my hands at all. Please change containers.
